STREET SOCCER

f.reklame has entered a cooperation with Laudrup & Hoegh STREET - a ground-breaking Street Soccer-concept developed by the football icons Brian Laudrup and Lars Hoegh. Street soccer's primary goal is to make sure that girls and boys, in the age of 9-14 years old, experiences and maintain the joy of playing football.

Laudrup & Hoegh Street do not only activate football club members but all who wants to play football in the streets.

STREET 2010 is conducted all through Denmark and is concluded with finals at the Town Hall Square in Copenhagen.

It is f.reklame who handles all when it comes to sponsorships so all involved parties get as much out of the cooperation as possible.

THE IDEA BEHIND STREET SOCCER

75 precent of all boys and girls who plays football quits before they turn 17 years old. That is why football needs to be developed and targeted towards kids demands.

Football needs to be fun and passionate - the more who plays football and love doing so, the greater talent. In the end more national team potential is developed.

The tendency of kids not practicing any sports speaks for itself: App. 14 million kids in the EU are overweight and every year app. 400.000 kids are added to that statistic. Overweight is a serious problem in Denmark: 20 pct. of all Danish children are too thick.

STREET SOCCER is also important for children and kids in the society because football is far more than just a game between to teams. Football is also a lesson or two about life: How you manage to win and lose and how the road to success can be established through solidarity and team spirit and across different social and ethnic origins.
